This is a demo. The guest list passkey is demo, and the demo guest list resets every hour.
Send an invitation
- Open the Guest list.
- Type the name on the envelope, like Mr. & Mrs. Juan Dela Cruz or The Uy Family.
- Set the seats with − and +. This is the most they can reply for.
- Tap Create link, then Share to send it by Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp or text. Copy copies the link. Preview shows what they will see.
Each guest gets their own link. Send one link per invitation.
Many guests at once
Open Add many under the Create link button and paste one guest per line, name then seats:
Tap Create links. Each guest then appears in the list with their own Share and Copy buttons.
Track replies
The top of the guest list shows total seats invited, seats coming, invitations declined and invitations still waiting. Every guest has a status:
Not openedThe link was made but the guest has not opened it yet.
OpenedThe guest opened the invitation but has not replied.
Coming · 2 of 3They accepted: 2 seats used out of the 3 you reserved.
DeclinedThey cannot come.
- Tap a status filter (Coming, Not opened and so on) to see only those guests. Use Search to find a name.
- Guest notes appear under their name.
- Export downloads the whole list with links and replies, for Excel or Google Sheets.
- In a live suite you also get an email for every reply, sent from your own domain. Reply to it to write back to the guest. Emails are off in this demo.
- In a live suite the RSVP sheet keeps every reply, including changes. The guest list shows each guest's latest reply.
Change or remove a guest
- Seats: use − and + on the guest's row. It saves on its own and the link stays the same.
- Name: tap the name, edit it, then press Enter or tap elsewhere.
- Delete: tap Delete, then confirm. That link stops showing their name.
What guests see
- An envelope with their name on it. They tap to open the invitation.
- The RSVP has their name filled in and their seats reserved. They cannot pick more than you set.
- They choose Joyfully accepts or Regretfully declines, add a note if they like, and send.
- If they give an email, they get a confirmation email. Guests who accept also get a calendar invite for the day. (Off in this demo.)
To change their reply, a guest opens the same link and sends again. Your coordinator's number can be listed for anyone who prefers to call.

Demo dataResets every hour
- Send personal links. The plain demoinvitation.stratagemlabs.dev link has no name on the envelope and allows up to 2 seats.
- On your phone, add the guest list to your home screen: in Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It stays signed in.
- If the guest list ever asks for a passkey, open it again from this page.
- Opening a guest's link yourself counts as Opened. Use Preview instead, which does not.
